I know it is a little late to be posting things from last sunday, but I have to say it was one of the best Mother's days yet. (even if it is my second one) We went to the Living Planet Aquarium with our friends and their kids. Gavin liked to watch the sting-rays and the colorful fish swimming around. Later that day we had a BBQ at our house with our family and friends. It was a time to laugh and catch up on eachothers lives.
However I will never forget my first Mother's day...Gavin was in the NICU last year and I heard him cry for the very first time! It was music to my ears. There is nothing like hearing your baby cry for the first time. So this is my first Mother's day with our baby at home and I am loving every minute with him! I would not change anything for the world.
I hope yours was just as wonderful as mine was.
